MSEV is a dual-frequency GNSS CORS reference station operated by NOAA's National Geodetic Survey in Ellisville, US, tracking GPS and GLONASS constellations. The station provides real-time RTK corrections and archival data supporting static post-processing, precise positioning, and datum transformation for surveying and geospatial applications within the NGS_CORS network.
